We are pleased to announce the Restaurant is now open 11 months a year!

Managed by an experienced group of hospitality professionals with over 75 years of combined service, Nineteen by Jack and its 3 areas (Restaurant, Canteen, and Beverage Cart) are in very capable hands. 


Executive Chef Colin Manual has presented his skills for many years at a few of the best courses in Canada, including The Granite Club, (where they hosted an RBC Pro event), Royal Ashburn Golf and Country Club, and 17 years at Class Act Dinner Theatre in Whitby doing over 280 events per year. Our restaurant is very lucky to have him! 


An integral part of Colin's team is Claudie Varcoe, whose role is execution and planning of events. These two will not disappoint!
